>>> Offering Assessment Offering AssessmentMost clients will start with this Offering since it helps define which Offerings will be the most beneficial. Other clients may be able to decide from informal discussions those that Offerings are needed to assist their process. Depending on a client's objectives, one or all of the offerings may be used to guide a software project towards a productive and efficient end. To determine which offerings will be beneficial, an Offering Assessment is conducted. This is a task performed by McNair Software in conjunction with the client to determine the state of the software, project status, project goals, current position and development environment condition. The result of the analysis is a report recommending a suite of offerings to guide and stabilize the software development effort. RFP REVIEWS Interpret and comment on request for proposals from government and other agencies. Evaluate the requests in terms of longevity, feasibility, and technology. Assist in the generation of the proposal.  Back
